Virginia Giuffre ‘raped and beaten’ by “well-known prime minister”

Content warning: this article contains descriptions of rape some people may find distressing

Virginia Giuffre, one of the most prominent survivors (but now a victim) of serial child rapist and trafficker – and almost certain Israel intelligence asset – Jeffrey Epstein, was repeatedly left battered and bloodied after being beaten and raped by a man she describes, in a new memoir published after her death earlier this year, as a “well-known prime minister”.

Virginia Giuffre and the unknown prime minister

Virginia Giuffre wrote that the attacks, and Epstein’s refusal to intervene – sending her back for more after telling her it was ‘part of the job’ – even when the rapist made her beg not to be murdered, ultimately led to her getting free of Epstein’s clutches, according to “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice”. She added:

After the attack, I couldn’t stay a fool. Having been treated so brutally and then seeing Epstein’s callous reaction to how terrorized I felt, I had to accept that Epstein meted out praise merely as a manipulation to keep me subservient.

Giuffre said that she called the man ‘the Prime Minister’ and did not name him, because she was afraid he would come after her and cause her harm if she did. Before Epstein’s death, however, she named former Israeli PM Ehud Barak – also a close friend of Epstein’s ardent fan Peter Mandelson – as one of the many men to rape her, an accusation he has denied.

Virginia Giuffre wrote in horrific detail about the violence inflicted on her by the ‘PM’, whom she met when she was just eighteen:

He repeatedly choked me until I lost consciousness and took pleasure in seeing me in fear for my life. Horrifically, the Prime Minister laughed when he hurt me and got more aroused when I begged him to stop. I emerged from the cabana bleeding from my mouth, vagina, and anus. For days, it hurt to breathe and to swallow… [He] raped me more savagely than anyone had before.

Does anyone actually believe she took her own life?

Virginia Giuffre was found dead last April at her home in Australia. The official story is that she died by suicide, but many dispute that narrative. In the summer a recording began circulating that is claimed to be Giuffre leaving a message for release in the event of her death, in which she said that if anyone heard it, it meant that “they got me” and that the recording was released because she had missed two ‘check-ins’ on the automated ‘dead man’s switch’ she had set up in case she was killed:

A campaign quickly began to discredit the recording as a hoax. Her father Sky Roberts told Piers Morgan that he agreed that “Somebody got to her”.
